Unity of the Bible in regards to Prophecy
Bible Prophecy is not merely a series of unrelated predictions randomly scattered throughout the Bible. It has a structure; it is set on a firm foundation. To understand the foundation, we must realize the overall picture of the Bible, its themes and the threads.
The Book of Revelations refers to 550 Prophecies and Illustrations in the Old Testament. The whole Bible Speaks as one and when properly understood, the Bible speaks with a clear, consistent and reliable message that is just as appropriate for us as it was for the people of ancient Israel.
2Pe 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
